Rates do not include a 13% BVI Government Occupancy Tax and Booking Fee.

$500 Cleaning Fee applies to all rentals of one week or longer.

A Credit Card Authorization form is required in lieu of Security Deposit.

50% payment due upon booking. Final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival (120 days for premium week reservations).

Cancellation and Reservation Modification are allowable without penalty until 120 days prior to arrival. Reference Rental Agreement terms & conditions. Trip Insurance is recommended.

If your trip is canceled due to the BVI being shut down due to the Covid-19 virus, your payments will be applied to a rescheduled trip providing all payments are current and timely.
